Alongside our soccer training programs, 1on1 Soccer is also an approved Heartland Charter School vendor, offering Physical Education enrichment courses designed to promote confidence, coordination, and lifelong fitness.

4 Week PE & Sports Enrichment Course
(Private 1:1)
4-Week PE and Sports Enrichment Course A flexible 1:1 program designed for all students, whether they’re new to sports or already active. Sessions focus on fun movement, basic skills, and building confidence in a relaxed, supportive environment. Families can choose to focus on a specific sport or keep it as a general PE-style class with a variety of activities. The goal is to keep kids active, engaged, and enjoying movement at their own pace.

Heartland Trial Class
Trial Class; A one-time session designed for students and families to experience our program in a fun, low-pressure setting. This class gives your child the opportunity to meet our coaches, try out activities, and get a feel for our coaching style. Families can request a specific sport or keep it as a general PE-style session focused on movement and basic skills. It’s a great way to see if our program is the right fit while keeping things relaxed, engaging, and enjoyable.

4 Week PE & Sports Enrichment Course
(Small Group)
4-Week PE and Sports Enrichment Course. A small group program (2–6 students) designed for all skill levels, including beginners and those who prefer a more casual, active setting. Sessions focus on fun movement, basic skills, and building confidence in a supportive group environment. Families can choose to focus on a specific sport or keep it as a general PE-style class with a variety of activities. The goal is to keep kids active, engaged, and enjoying movement together at their own pace.
